1. CREATIVE COLLABORATION:
We believe in collaborative partnerships. Your input and feedback are essential to creating designs
that truly reflect your vision. Our team is here to work hand-in-hand with you throughout the creative process.
2.TIMELY DELIVERY:
Punctuality is a priority for us. We adhere to strict timelines to ensure that your projects are delivered promptly without compromising on quality. Clear communication channels are maintained to keep you informed every step of the way.
3.DESIGN CHANGE REQUEST:
Clients are permitted to make minor changes and additions such as screen separation, one-color way, or any other additional request within one month post-approval without incurring additional charges. After this period, industry-standard service charges of $35 will apply for any requested modifications.
4.COLOR WAYS:
Our colorway policy offers one complimentary option upon design completion. Additional colorways are chargeable to ensure flexibility while maintaining cost-effectiveness for clients.
5.CLIENT PRIVACY:
We respect the confidentiality of your ideas, concepts, and any sensitive information shared during the collaboration. Rest assured, your intellectual property is treated with the utmost discretion.
6. TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION:
